Techniques

All-on-four/all-on-six with dental elements made of resin/ceramic/zirconium

This technique consists of inserting 4 or 6 implants that support the temporary prosthesis with immediate weight bearing capacity. No bone thickening or transplant is required because areas of the mouth are used where bone is not absorbed. Thanks to the permanent reconstruction, the result is both pleasing and long-lasting. The patient immediately enjoys a bright new smile, and the dental implants are guaranteed for 10 years.

Bone transplant with bio-guide membrane

In the anatomical site where an autologous or heterologous bone transplant will be performed, an absorbable synthetic membrane is applied that promotes healing and bone regeneration while protecting the exposed tissues and bone. The membrane remains active at the site for months and is absorbed by the body’s enzymes. There is no irritation or infection in the soft or hard tissues affected by the procedure.

Bone transplant

The thickness and height of the bone are increased in sections where it was insufficient for sustaining the insertion of a dental implant. In this way, the dental method can be conducted even on patients with serious illnesses such as heart disease and diabetes. This technique offers excellent results and is performed under conscious sedation together with local anesthesia so that the patient suffers the least discomfort and surgical stress possible.

Sinus elevation – mini sinus elevation

The purpose of these two surgical techniques is to increase the volume and thickness of insufficient bone in the upper arch before an implant procedure. The patient experiences reduced distress and anxiety, and is comfortable throughout the treatment because it is performed under local anaesthesia and conscious sedation, as administered by an anaesthesiologist. If enough bone is deposited, the dental implants are inserted right away; otherwise, the patient must wait until new bone is formed, and the implants can then be inserted during the new procedure.

Prgf

This innovative method is used in implantology to correct bone defects caused by periodontal disease (pyorrhea) and to contribute the portion of missing bone that is necessary for the insertion of dental implants which replace missing teeth in cases of maxillary sinus elevation and in areas where teeth were extracted.
